1. Validity of the conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed with Oya Mia (MDesigns GmbH). Orders can only be placed in written form through the online shop.
 
2. Conclusion of Contract
An order is considered placed upon payment. Payments are only possible via PayPal. If a delivery is not possible, we will return the payment.
 
3. Information
Oya Mia dresses are tailor-made in Paris, each dress is produced after we have received your order and payment.
 
4. Delivery
We will send you your dress with love from Paris. Normally, the delivery is free of charge. However, if we do not normally ship to your area, we will contact you to ask if you would kindly contribute to the cost of delivery.
 
5. Complaints
Please send any complaints in writing using our contact form.
 
6. Exchanges and Right of Return
Each dress is tailor-made to fit the information provided. Therefore, they cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for providing the correct measurements when placing an order.
 
7. Copyright
Oya Mia and its partners own all rights to images, videos and content. Any use without explicit written authorization is prohibited.
 
8. Jurisdiction
Zurich, Switzerland is expressly agreed as the place of jurisdiction. The contract between MDesigns GmbH and its customers is subject to substantive Swiss law, excluding the rules of conflict of laws.
